What space is required to set up the simulator?
We require a flat indoor or covered area of at least 7m x 7m, with a minimum ceiling height of 3.5m, plus access to power. If you’re unsure whether your space is suitable, we’ll confirm all requirements with you in advance and help assess the setup.
Do you handle setup and pack-down?
Yes — we take care of everything. Our team arrives early to set up, calibrate the simulator, and pack everything down after the event, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
How many people can play during an event?
This depends on the duration of your booking and event format, but our simulator is well-suited for both small groups and larger events. We can also run rotations or mini challenges to keep things moving.
Can the experience be customised for our event?
Absolutely. From event length to game formats and setup options, we tailor the experience to suit your event type, space, and audience.
